My journey into spirituality started in my childhood. My mother always had an interest in spirituality and as such, I grew up hearing about her experiences, awakenings and beliefs. I remember her often reading books about the Law of Attraction and she was the one to introduce me to “You Can Heal Your Life” by Louise Hay at 18 years old. While I had grown up with a very open mind when it came to the divine, this was my first taste of the power we all held within ourselves, as individuals, to craft the life we desired - and I began to take note of how much my internal world was really influencing my external world.

From here, I slowly started consuming any content I could get my hands on around manifestation. I loved the concept of bringing the power back to oneself through manifestation, the ability it instilled in people to take control of their lives. This also sparked my interest in trauma healing, somatic healing and femininity. Eventually, I felt called to start sharing more of my learnings and taking others along on the journey with me, and so became Energetics and Alchemy.
